Fun and Energetic

If you like dancing, then this is THE workout for you!
I've been doing a lot of workouts and own a lot of DVD's. This one is one of my favourites. Especially on days when I feel like partying.

This DVD is divided into warm ups, salsa party 1 & 2, party funk 1 & 2, retro dance 1 & 2, and cool downs. Sometimes I just do my favourite dances and just skip to the cooling downs. It's really good because you get lots of choices here. Or a good long workout, from the beginning, right to the end.

Jennifer Galardi is a very good instructor, and the moves are also easy (but not too easy) to follow. The choreographer is Juliane Arney, also famous in the dance workout world. I've no regrets buying this DVD!
